The President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Museveni opens a RIELA facility

  At the invitation of the Ugandan government, representatives of RIELA travelled to Uganda. In Adjumai, the president Yoweri Museveni and the deputy Prime Minister Moses Ali opened a new grain processing plant.
